We have put into effect an enhanced protocol to protect against COVID-19.
The safety of our patients and staff are of paramount importance.
At the time of booking, our staff screen every patient for flu-like symptoms and recent COVID contact history.
Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell (even with mildest of respiratory symptoms), have been asked to quarantine, or reside with someone who is unwell or has been asked to quarantine.
All patients and carers are asked to apply alcohol-based hand gel on arrival and adhere to our mask policy, which is guided and updated regularly as per NSW Health advice.
We respect your personal choice regarding COVID vaccination. Our doctors and staff are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. In order for us to continue treating you safely and without the risk of practice closure, we appreciate your cooperation with our COVID management policy.
As of 18 October 2021, you (and your accompanying carer) are asked to present evidence of your COVID vaccination status on arrival as part of the check-in process. If you are unvaccinated, we ask that you present evidence of a negative COVID swab taken no earlier than 72 hours prior to your appointment.
We have put in place measures to minimise waiting times in our practice and improve physical distancing as much as possible.
We are seeing patients for consideration of all eye surgery (including cataract surgery) and will complete preoperative assessment and surgical planning as before. If you are in need of eye surgery, you are encouraged to make an appointment with one of our ophthalmologists.
If you have any questions about any of our treatments or your eye health, or you'd like to chat about a consultation then please fill in your details below and we'll get back to you.
